Orchestrated Predictability™ is a set of techniques and practices that enable us to improve project performance dramatically. We have developed Orchestrated Predictability as a result of identifying that while projects were run to programme immense pressure was created by the effects of timing of information flow, subcontractors, variations, weather and numerous other factors.
Our goal for Orchestrated Predictability ™ is to deliver projects on or beforetime and within budget without pressure to erode scope or quality. This approach has ensured and enabled a significantly more collaborative style which establishes a virtuous cycle of ongoing improvement throughout each project and within the ongoing relationship.
